Users are able to enter time via a web browser, allowing approvers to search for specific employee timecards, view summary information, and perform mass timesheet approvals. OTL enables KCI to enforce specific HR and project-specific policies such as defining compensation plans based on shifts and work plans. With OTL, KCI has the ability to control employee time entry to active projects residing in Oracle, and can drive full automation of client invoicing. Moreover, KCI can configure specific policies for holidays, paid time off, and overtime.
