Tarek E. Fadel, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Tarek Fadel has a deep understanding of the technical and business aspects of building and implementing enterprise software products, with experience spanning product management, product marketing, consulting and business development. Fadel was a Director of Consulting at Oracle Corporation with over fifteen years experience in building, selling and implementing enterprise software applications. He managed a consulting practice for Oracle and was directly responsible for the success of several large client implementations. In 2000, he received the company's Manager of the Year award. Fadel previously held the position of Director of Product Management and was responsible for several Oracle CRM product releases. Prior to Oracle, Fadel worked at Cambridge Technology Group and played a major role in deploying its enterprise application server products to the market. Fadel holds a technology patent for his work on Method and Apparatus for e-Commerce Integration Architecture and Process. He has a bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science from the City University of New York and an MBA from Columbia University.
David Feuerstein, Senior Vice President of Services
David Feuerstein is responsible for the Fadel Partners solution delivery process and customer experience. He is in charge of the company's management initiatives, including continuous process improvement through the use of innovative methodologies, competency training, and regular customer experience. As a Consultancy Services Manager at Chordiant Software, Feuerstein managed key client relationships and SOA implementations in the Fortune 10 Financial Services and Telecom verticals. He spent six years at Oracle, where he led enterprise integration and ERP technology teams. Prior to Oracle, he spent seventeen years at Digital Equipment Corporation, where he held various leadership positions in consulting, sales and engineering. Feuerstein attended the University of Massachusetts College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. He is the recipient of multiple awards and is co-author of a U.S. patent for methods and apparatus for implementing internet storefronts to provide integrated functions.

Khaled Barazi, Chief Financial Officer
Khaled Barazi leads all financial and accounting activities at Fadel Partners, Inc. Prior to joining the firm, he was an independent consultant to mid-sized companies in the areas of financial analysis and valuation. Barazi has held a number of positions throughout his career. He has been U.S. Training Manager at LEK Consulting in Boston, Principal Financial Analyst at the MathWorks, Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at NEON Communications, and an Application Engineer and Product Manager at Checon Corporation. Barazi also co-founded CellExchange and served as its Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Barazi is an adjunct professor at Boston University, teaching graduate Finance courses in the areas of financial management, managerial accounting, valuation and multinational finance. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Boston University.
Mounir Rahmeh, Vice President of Development and Operations - EMEA
In charge of development and operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Rahmeh leads Fadel Partners' offshore product development, Oracle services and support teams. His current responsibilities include operations management, team and project management and development of the Fadel Partners IPM Suite of products for intellectual property management. Rahmeh has over ten years experience as Managing Director of a leading international provider of retail merchandise management and decision support software for multi-national, multi-divisional, multi-format retailers in the United States, Europe and the Middle East. From 1996 to 1999, he was a professor at Notre Dame University, where he taught computer graphics and 3D animation. Rahmeh holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Lebanese American University and an master's degree in Computer Science from Notre Dame University. He also received a Teaching Certificate Diploma from Autodesk University in 1996.
