Harvard Business School Publishing licenses the Fadel Partners eRoyalty Suite and the Oracle ERP and CRM Applications to effectively manage their financials, order management, inventory, pricing, eCommerce and track Rights Contracts and Royalty payments. Oracle and Fadel Partners were selected for their integrated suite of products and end to end enterprise global functionality which will help HBSP manage its expanding Intellectual Property businesses and Content Distribution channels.

O'Reilly Media, a leading technology publisher, goes live on the Oracle Applications and the Fadel Partners eRoyalty Suite. The new integrated system will allow O'Reilly Media to be more strategic in an ever growing competitive landscape. The Oracle ERP platform allows O'Reilly Media to standardize and streamline its financials business processes on a global level and create sophisticated pricing schemes. In addition, the eRoyalty Suite allows O'Reilly to properly track it's author and talent contracts, create talent statements and properly calculate and payout royalties.

Fadel Partners implemented the Oracle Identity Management suite at Ulticom allowing them to move to a global standards based identity and access management solution to enable the consolidation of user credentials, access control and provisioning into a single environment. Oracle Identity Manager was setup to automate the user provisioning process and integrated with existing systems, such as SUN LDAP, e-Business Suite and Active Directory.

Champion Nationwide Contractor selects Fadel Partners to implement their online Exhibitor Experience enterprise application, based on Oracle CRM and Fusion Middleware. Champion's new system will create a self service environment for third parties and exhibitors to manage their catalogs, inventory and pricing calculations. Information will be made available and accessible to users, eliminating manual data sharing and processes.

Equilend, a leader in the securities finance industry, selects Fadel Partners to manage its Oracle Financials implementation and support its global Oracle rollout. Fadel Partners is providing on-site and off-site functional and technical support and leadership on the usage of the Oracle Business Flow Accelerators.

Fadel Partners announces its general availability of the Oracle Accelerate solution for the Media, Entertainment and Publishing industries. This Accelerate solution utilizes the Oracle(R) E-Business Suite and is integrated with the Fadel Partners' eRoyalty Suite for rights, royalties and participation management. Oracle Accelerate is Oracle's approach for helping Certified Partners in the Oracle PartnerNetwork bring complete, easy to own, industry-focused applications to small and medium businesses. Fadel Partners will blend their proven implementation methodology with the Oracle Applications and the eRoyalty Suite to support small and medium sized M&E and Publishing companies with the ability to transform their businesses with industry tailored functionality that is quick to implement, yet flexible to allow for growth and change.

United Media selected Fadel Partners to implement a Digital Product Approvals (DPA) system to better serve its licensees, agents and property owners. The solution is based on the Oracle Technology Platform and will allow United Media to better manage its brands by controlling and automating the digital product submissions and approvals workflows. Fadel Partners will use Oracle's latest Fusion Middleware technologies such as Portal, BPEL and the Java ADF framework to build out and globally deploy the online DPA system.

Sepracor engages Fadel Partners' Middleware Services team to enhance it's existing Oracle Portal solution. Fadel Partners will enhance the user's experience by extending the Portal Content Management, Administration and Search capabilities and provide synchronization between Active Directory and the Oracle Internet Directory server.

Jet Aviation utilizes Fadel Partners to build out a customer data management integration platform utilizing the Oracle Fusion Middleware platform. Fadel Partners will utilize the Oracle BPEL and BI products to synchronize and report on customer transactional data between SAP and Pivotal's CRM Software and allow for reporting on the cleansed and de-dupped customer data sets.

A global hedge fund based in New York City with more than $5 billion of assets under management, engages Fadel Partners to implement Oracle Financials and HRMS. Fadel Partners was selected for its expertise in implementing the Oracle Applications, its implementation methodolgy which leverages On-site and Off-shore development resources and Fadel's focus on growing the Financial Services industries.

Parsons Brinckerhoff goes live on Oracle 11.5.10 Financials and Projects. Fadel Partners upgraded the existing 11.5.8 Oracle Projects Suite to the Oracle Applications 11.5.10 version. The Oracle Applications modules include General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Purchasing and Project Accounting. Fadel Partners utilized its proven implementation methodology, combined with the use of on-shore and off-shore resources for an on time and on budget release.

United Media, a subsidiary of the media giant, The E.W. Scripps Company, licenses Fadel Partners' eRoyalty Suite, Oracle's E-Business Suite 11i and Fusion Middleware 10G technology. United Media selected the eRoyalty Suite after a rigorous vendor selection process and careful review of over seven different Rights and Royalty Management solutions. Fadel Partners was also selected to be the primary systems integrator to build out and integrate United Media's Digital Product Approvals, Digital Asset Management, Rights/Royalties and Financials Management systems.

O'Reilly Media, the most prominent name in technology publications, licenses Fadel Partners' eRoyalty Suite and Oracle's E-Business Suite 11i to manage its publishing line of business. Fadel Partners will implement the eRoyalty Suite - Royalty and Participation Management, Oracle Order Management, Financials and Project Accounting to streamline the order processing via multiple channels, financials management and royalty payments.

Fadel Partners takes Champion Nationwide Contractor live on the Oracle Fusion Middleware 10G Portal,integrating into the Oracle E-Business Suite. The Fadel Partners' team built custom, easy to use portlets on top of Oracle Order Management and Oracle Projects. The solution was deployed on time and on budget and streamlines Champion's order processing and project management processes, making it faster and easier to place orders and service customers.

Fadel Partners integrates 170 Systems document management with Oracle Accounts Payable at BlackRock Financials, one of the largest global financial institutions. Fadel Partners installed, configured and tested the 170 Systems software and integrated it into BlackRock's Oracle Accounts Payable 11i to streamline and better manage the payables invoice generation, approval and payment processing.

Fadel Partners assists KCI Technologies, the largest employee-owned engineering firm in Maryland, in implementing and deploying Oracle HRMS Time and Labor (OTL) 11i. OTL automates KCI's entire time and attendance record-keeping process and enables KCI to enforce specific HR policies such as defining rotation plans based on shifts and work plans. KCI now also controls employee time entry to active projects residing in Oracle's Project Accounting module and has therefore gained better control and financial visibility and forecasting over its many engineering projects.

Marvel Entertainment deploys the Fadel Partners eRoyalty Suite globally to manage its intellectual properties and royalty processing. Marvel now uses the eRoyalty Suite to process property rights contracts and royalty statements in over seven currencies and across three continents.

Fadel Partners wins the highly coveted North America Oracle Titan Award 2006 in the Industry Solution Category - Media and Publishing. Fadel Partners was one of fourteen partners that won the Titan Award, amongst 17,700 worldwide Oracle partners. Fadel Partners won for its innovative Rights and Royalty Management software - eRoyalty Suite which integrates with Oracle CRM and Financials.

These modules include General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Purchasing and Project Accounting. Fadel Partners will follow its proven upgrade methodology utilizing its on-shore and off-shore resources.

Champion Nationwide Contractor selects Fadel Partners to implement a portal project utilizing Oracle 10G Middleware. Fadel Partners will build and integrate custom user interfaces on top of the Oracle E-Business Suite to allow for faster and easier order taking and project management.

Ulticom Inc. selects Fadel Partners to implement the Oracle Identity Management suite, allowing them to move to a standards based identity and access management solution to enable the consolidation of user credentials, access control and provisioning into a single environment. Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) will be setup to automate the user provisioning process and will integrate with existing Ulticom systems, such as SUN LDAP, e-Business Suite and Active Directory. OIM workflows will also be built to accommodate specific routing and notifications based on user attributes.

KCI Technologies, the largest employee-owned, multi-disciplined engineering firm in Maryland, engages Fadel Partners to implement Oracle HRMS Time and Labor (OTL). OTL will automate KCI's entire time and attendance record-keeping process. Users will be able to enter time via a web browser, allowing approvers to search for specific employee timecards, view summary information, and perform mass timesheet approvals. OTL will enable KCI to enforce specific HR policies such as defining rotation plans based on shifts and work plans. KCI will also be able to control employee time entry to active projects residing in Oracle's Project Accounting module. Moreover, OTL will allow for configuring KCI's specific policies for holidays, leaves, overtime, and rounding.

Fadel Partners signs a partnership agreement with 170 Systems, the proven leader in delivering software solutions that manage and optimize financial processes, to provide services for and on behalf of 170 Systems. Fadel Partners' first 170 Sytems project is at a major global financial institution, where it will install, configure and test the software and integrate it with Oracle Accounts Payables.

Ulticom launches three Portals developed by Fadel Partners that deliver capabilities further separating them from their competitors. These portals were created using Oracle's Fusion Middleware and Oracle Portal technology. First, the Customer Portal allows users access to Ulticom product software and documentation downloads, create and monitor service requests, access the Knowledge Base and personalized contact information. Next a Partner Portal allows Ulticom to assign partners to "Ecosystems" where partners can upload documents and share information with Ulticom and other partners in the Ecosystem. And last, the Customer Support portal provides a streamlined interface to Oracle's CRM Customer Support module for Ulticom's support engineers.

illy caffe engages Fadel Partners in analyzing and using functionality of the Oracle Customer Data Hub. This engagement helps illy caffe identify duplicate customer entries within the Oracle E-Business Suite and conduct data house-holding and cleansing, resulting in better marketing segmentation strategies and a true 360 degree view of the customer.

Fadel Partners was selected to present at the most comprehensive Oracle education event of the year- OAUG COLLABORATE 06, in Nashville, Tennessee. Tarek Fadel, President and CEO of Fadel Partners, presented how to best leverage the Oracle Customer Data Hub for effective customer data management.

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals implements Oracle iProcurement with the assistance of Fadel Partners. This implementation allows Regeneron to automate the entire procurement process and associated approvals work flow. Regeneron now has a direct link to online preferred vendor catalogues, enabling better corporate controls, audit and compliance.

Fadel Partners becomes an authorized Oracle Technology reseller. Customers now can maximize the value of purchasing Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle Database technologies by working closely with Fadel Partners.

Fadel Partners expands its international business operations by opening an off-site development and support office in Beirut, Lebanon. This office will serve the offshore development and support needs of both EMEA and US based customers.

Fadel Partners will lead user sessions and map business requirements to Oracle's latest CRM Sales and Contracts applications. In addition, Fadel Partners will define and design a custom Royalty processing solution based on Oracle Fusion Middleware.

Fadel Partners successfully deploys Oracle CRM E-Commerce (iStore and iPayment) at Simplicity Pattern Company, enabling them to sell their products securily on-line.
